Know Before You Ride
To keep everyone safe, all riders must be in good health and able to swim comfortably in fast-moving water. Before you ride, please review all posted safety guidelines and check in with our team if you have any questions.
- Bodyboarding: Riders must be at least 42 inches tall
- Stand-Up Surfing: Riders must be at least 52 inches tall
- All guests must meet health and safety requirements to participate

The FlowRider® operates daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, weather permitting. Hours may vary seasonally.

For your safety, avoid wearing jewelry, hats, footwear, eyeglasses, or anything that could fall off or cause injury. Wear secure swimwear, as loose clothing or bathing suits may shift due to the strong water flow. Cover-ups are recommended.

Yes. All riders must be able to swim confidently in fast-moving, turbulent water.

Yes. If you’ve recently had surgery, are pregnant, or have heart, back, or neck issues, we strongly advise not riding. Only you know your health, so if there is any chance riding could put you at risk or worsen a condition, it is best not to participate.

Riders can choose between bodyboarding or stand-up surfing.
